The company Spletna Izdelava, collects and processes certain personal data about visitors to its website and certain data about individuals who subscribe to our newsletters (link) or leave their contact information when downloading any of our manuals or similar content.<\/p>\n

We collect data from visitors to the website using Google Analytics to understand which pages on our website you visit, how often, how long you stay there, and similar information. Based on this data, we can see how many visitors are visiting our website, which parts of the website interest them the most, and whether they have any issues when visiting. If our website is of great interest to them, we may try to show our ads while they are otherwise browsing the website (i.e., remarketing). From users who subscribe to our newsletters, we collect data about their email address and, when downloading content, their name, surname, and employment. We also collect data on which newsletters they read, and if they click on them to visit our website, what visits they make there. Based on this data, we can improve our newsletters and directly contact users who show interest in specific services or news.<\/p>\n

We clarify that remarketing to frequent visitors to the website and analyzing the effectiveness of our newsletters is carried out based on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. In doing so, we pursue our legitimate interests, namely to offer individuals who clearly show interest in our services through visiting our website or reading our newsletters personalized and compelling marketing offers for hiring our services. We anonymize visitor data immediately after capture, and from then on we only retain it in aggregate form, except for data for remarketing, which Google retains until you request cessation of their collection at https:\/\/adssettings.google.com\/u\/0\/authenticated<\/a>. We keep email contact data until the user unsubscribes from the email list, after which we delete it within one year.<\/p>\n

We do not share any of the mentioned data with external users. However, regarding the implementation of analytics and remarketing, we process them with the help of Google (the Google Analytics and AdWords services), which in certain cases may represent the transfer of personal data to a controller in the United States of America. Such a transfer is permissible based on a specific decision of the European Commission, known as the Privacy Shield, which found that companies in the USA that commit to adhere to the principles of this shield provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.<\/p>\n

Od uporabnikov, ki se prijavijo na na\u0161e e-novice, zbiramo podatke o njihovem e-po\u0161tnem naslovu ter, pri prenosu vsebin, \u0161e podatke o imenu, priimku in zaposlitvi. Prav tako zbiramo podatke o tem, katere e-novice preberejo in, \u010de s klikom nanje obi\u0161\u010dejo na\u0161o spletno stran, katere obiske opravijo tam. Na podlagi teh podatkov lahko izbolj\u0161amo na\u0161e e-novice in neposredno kontaktiramo uporabnike, ki izkazujejo interes za dolo\u010dene storitve ali novosti.<\/p>\n

Pojasnjujemo, da se remarketing pogostim obiskovalcem spletne strani ter analiza uspe\u0161nosti na\u0161ih e-novic izvajata na podlagi \u010dlena 6(1)(f) Splo\u0161ne uredbe o varstvu osebnih podatkov. S tem zasledujemo na\u0161e legitimne interese, in sicer ponuditi posameznikom, ki o\u010ditno ka\u017eejo zanimanje za na\u0161e storitve preko obiska na\u0161e spletne strani ali branja na\u0161ih e-novic, individualizirane in prepri\u010dljive tr\u017ene ponudbe za najem na\u0161ih storitev. Podatke o obiskovalcih spletne strani takoj po zajemu anonimiziramo in jih odtlej hranimo le v agregatni obliki, razen podatkov za remarketing, ki jih Google hrani, dokler od njih ne zahtevate prenehanja njihovega zbiranja na strani https:\/\/adssettings.google.com\/u\/0\/authenticated<\/a>. Podatke o e-po\u0161tnih kontaktih hranimo do odjave z e-po\u0161tnega seznama, po \u010demer jih izbri\u0161emo v roku enega leta.<\/p>\n

Vsak uporabnik ima pravico, da kadarkoli od nas pisno zahteva odjavo prejemanja obvestil na svoj e-po\u0161tni naslov ali pa to odjavo izvr\u0161i s klikom na ustrezno povezavo v vsaki posamezni e-novici. Vseh navedenih podatkov ne posredujemo zunanjim uporabnikom. Vendar pa, kar zadeva izvedbo analitike in remarketinga, obdelujemo te podatke s pomo\u010djo podjetja Google (storitvi Google Analytics in AdWords), kar v dolo\u010denih primerih lahko predstavlja prenos osebnih podatkov k upravljavcu v Zdru\u017eenih dr\u017eavah Amerike.
